Mission
The association is guided by transparency, consistency and respect. It aims to protect property values while keeping residents informed, heard and supported through clear communication and dependable operations.
The community
Cream and white buildings with columns, rails and outside stairs, 2 storeys, wrapped around a community pool, open dawn to dusk and the parking, behind a gated entrance off ne 8th avenue. Maintained landscaping and common areas.
How it is run
Day to day operations run through a property manager working with the board. Questions get a person on the phone, not a queue. The manager is Willie Henderson, and the office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday through friday.
The entrance
One gate,one sign.
The property is entered off NE 8th Avenue, past the monument sign and through the gate. Guests, deliveries and contractors come in the same way.
